How To Create Your Own "Inspiring for Action" Group
* Find at least one other person who wants to have weekly encouragement and accountability for their efforts at social and political actions for love and justice. (But probably no more than six.)
Don't be discouraged if it takes a while to find people for your group. Remember, a person doesn't have to be local. Maybe someone is willing to try it once. And just "making the ask" is a form of witness: stating that you intend to put your values into ongoing practice, and inviting the person you ask to regularly reflect and act on their values.
* Agree on a weekly meeting time. As the host, you will convene and facilitate the group (at least initially.) You will find detailed instructions on the "Format" page: https://inspiringforaction.blogspot.com/p/format.html
* If you meet by phone, you can use free conference calling software such as http://freeconferencecalling.com. (iPhones can have 3-way calls, but not more.)
* If you would like help setting up the conference calling software, if you would like me to facilitate an initial group meeting or two, or if you just want a little encouragement to take action, you can call Terry at 949-400-3379. Please leave a detailed message; I don't pick up for unknown numbers.
